In accordance with the "Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025", the reconstruction of the Serdar cotton-spinning factory in the city of Dashoguz and its provision with modern equipment is provided.

In this regard, the Ministry of Textile Industry held an international tender and studied proposals on this issue. With the reconstruction and new equipment of the factory, its production capacity will increase, the quality of products will improve, exports will increase, and new jobs will be created.
